  • Your reservation rate includes self-parking (one space per room), WiFi connectivity, use of our Linus Bikes, and morning coffee & tea service.

  • Keys must be returned by 11 am on your departure day. If you want to linger longer, late check-outs are based on availability and incur a fee: $40 for a 12 pm checkout, or $50 for a 1 pm checkout. After 1 pm, you’ll be subject to the full night’s room rate + tax. Contact the front desk to inquire about availability / make arrangements.

  • Yes, the property provides one parking space per room. You’ll receive a parking pass at check-in to display on your dash.

  • No, but as a Farmhouse guest, you have the opportunity to enjoy the 21-and-over-only pool + hot tub at our sister hotel, River Lodge, just down the road!

    Day passes are available at a rate of $35/person and include all-day access (9am - 10pm) to the pool and hot tub. To purchase, just visit the Front Desk at River Lodge and bring the ID of the guest on file here at Farmhouse and a credit card.

  • Check-in is guaranteed after 3pm. Early check-in opportunities may be assessed on the day of arrival, based on availability.

  • Well-behaved pups are always welcome (limit two per room, no size/breed restrictions). A $50 cleaning fee will be added to your reservation for each dog. Dogs must be on a leash at all times in common areas and are not to be left alone in the rooms or on back patios.

  • Smoking is restricted to the designated area near the corner of 5th and Spring Street. Smoking in your room or on the patio could result in a $250 fee. (That goes for vaping, too!)
